How to activate/ Deactivate an individual student?
You can activate or deactivate an individual student by clicking on (i) beside the student's name. Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Activate"/ "Deactivate" to make the changes to the student account.
How to activate/ Deactivate students using bulk actions?
Deactivating or Activating students can be easily accomplished using Bulk Actions. To begin, first, filter out and select the list of students for whom you would like to deactivate/active by clicking on the drop-down on the top right. If you are planning to re-activate a student account, please remember to navigate to the Deactivated tab to find the student.

Once you have Deactivated the needed students, navigate to the Active tab to search for them. Similarly, once you have Activated the needed students, navigate to the Deactivated tab to search for them.
Pro tip: You may also use the Bulk Upload option to easily deactivate/active students! First, have an excel sheet of the students with the following columns:
First Name
Last Name
Graduation Year
Email
Active
Under the Active column, input "TRUE" if you would like to Active a student; input "FALSE" if you would like to Deactivate a student.
