All of the following actions below may only be carried out by those with Admin access under the Students list page.
List of Unassigned students
Under the Students List page, click on the Unassigned tab as seen below.
How to assign a counselor to a student?
If you are assigning multiple students to a single counselor, you can select and assign them in bulk
Select all of the students that you want to assign to one counselor > Assign counselors.
Select the Counselor name and then click on Assign Selected.
How to un-assign a counselor from a student?
Similar to assigning a counselor, you will need to select the student/students to unassign counselors. Simply select the students and click on More > Unassign Counsellor > select the Counselor name and then click on "Unassign Selected"
If you need to re-assign counselor again, you can repeat the steps above on assigning counselor.
Using Filters on the Students list
Counselors can also filter out the needed students by choosing the different types of filters available such as students from graduation year 2026 and student by citizenship, current grade, current school, counselor etc.
