The Inbox feature will allow the counselors to send important messages to the students. This will help facilitate communication between different students assigned to them involved in the college application process.
How to send a message to a student via the Inbox feature?
After logging in to the platform, there will be a message box (i.e.Inbox) on the top right.
Click on the Inbox and you will be able to find the students that are assigned to you on the left. You can also search for the student using the search bar.
Select the student, then type in the message you would like your student to receive and click "Send". Voila! The message will be sent successfully.
