The Inbox feature allows counselors and students alike to communicate with each other, working like instant messaging.
How to navigate to Inbox
There are 2 ways to navigate to your Inbox:
1st - The Inbox icon located at the top right corner of the website. This will take you to your full list of students and their respective Inbox chats. Your most recent conversation will be at the top but you will also be able to search for a specific student's chat.
2nd - If you are assigned to a student, you can access the Inbox at the bottom of the student's Profile page. This feature is especially useful as it allows you to communicate directly with the student while reviewing their details. To start a chat, simply click the chat icon, highlighted in the red box below.
