Why is the user Country Becoming Blank When Creating a Mailing Address
If a counselor creates or updates a mailing address for a student from the student’s profile, the student’s Country field may appear blank afterward.
This can happen when the Country field gets overwritten with a blank value during the mailing address update. As a result, any country information that was already saved in the student profile may be removed, which can affect profile completeness and any processes that rely on the student’s Country field.
If the Country field still appears blank, go to the student’s Personal Information section and re-enter the correct country manually. Once updated, the Country field should remain unchanged when a mailing address is created or updated. If the Country field continues to appear blank, contact the Cialfo Support team for assistance.

When a student updates the State field in their mailing address, the value may disappear after the page is refreshed.
This can happen when the State field is not saved correctly after the mailing address is updated. As a result, students may need to re-enter the State value each time they return to the page or refresh it.

When a counselor opens a student’s profile and uses the next or previous student navigation arrow, the profile page may continue to show the first student’s data instead of updating to the newly selected student.
This can happen when the page does not correctly reload the student profile data while moving between students. As a result, counselors may need to manually refresh the page to view the correct student information.
