Deactivating or Activating students can be easily accomplished using the Bulk Actions. To begin, first filter out and select the list of students for whom you would like to deactivate/active from. If you are planning to active a student(s) account, please remember to navigate to the Deactivated page.

Once you have Deactivated the needed students, navigate to the Active tab to search for them. Similarly, once you have Activated the needed students, navigate to the Deactivated tab to search for them.
Pro tip: You may also use the Bulk Upload option to easily deactivate/active students! First, have an excel sheet of the students with the following columns:
First Name
Last Name
Graduation Year
Email
Active
Under the Active column, input "TRUE" if you would like to Active a student; input "FALSE" if you would like to Deactivate a student.
