Counselors can now view and download their student's AchieveWorks assessment reports. Please note that reports can only be downloaded individually as there is currently no combined or bulk-download feature available.

AchieveWorks assessment reports are valuable resources for gaining insights into a student's abilities and strengths. While Cialfo provides an option to download these reports, please note that the reports can only be downloaded individually. A combined or bulk-download feature is not available at this time.
Limitations
Currently, there is no functionality to download multiple AchieveWorks assessment reports as a single, combined file. To share multiple reports, you will need to download each one separately and combine them manually using a PDF editing tool if needed.

Navigate to the student's Assessments page in Cialfo.
Locate the specific AchieveWorks assessment report you wish to download.
Click on the View Report option for the selected assessment.
In the report viewing window, click the Print button.
From the printing options window, select Save as PDF or a similar option available on your device to save the report digitally. This method allows you to preserve the report in a digital format, which you can store or share as needed.er.
