Cialfo offers a diverse range of data for users searching for colleges and universities. To increase the quality of our database, we have now also partnered with QS World University Ranking. To begin researching different colleges and universities, go to the "Universities" tab present on the left navigation menu.
Once you click on the Universities tab, you'll see a list of universities along with various columns displaying key information.
These details include application portals, scholarships, application deadlines, courses and majors, acceptance rates, and more. You can also apply a variety of filters to narrow down the list based on your specific requirements.
Take a look at the available filtering options to find universities that best match your preferences.
We have a variety of filters available. The 2 most frequently used search filters are Regions and Course/Major

Using Courses & Majors filter
The Courses & Majors filter allows you to search for universities that offer the courses and majors you're interested in.
After selecting the filter, enter your desired course or major in the search box. You can either click on the search term you've entered to search for all matching courses and majors, or select one or more of the suggested options from the list to refine your search
University Tags
On the Cialfo platform, we allow counselors to create distinctive college tags for their students. Creating tags will ease the task of searching for a precise college according to the student's requirements which will benefit them in their search for the right school.
Counselors can archive a college tag if they no longer want it to appear in the College Tags list. To archive a tag, select the checkbox next to the college tag name, then click Archive at the top of the page.
You can see all the Archived Tags by enabling the "Show Archived" toggle key.
What are Rankings?
Rankings were designed to help students discover and research universities easily with an additional rankings filter, so that they are able to filter down on the universities based on their preferences and requirements efficiently.
This is an optional feature and is ON by default for our users in India and China. For users in other regions it is OFF by default.
If you would like to make rankings visible for your students, you may get in touch with your Client Experience Manager and we would be more than happy to assist you with this!
