Cialfo regularly reviews and updates the universities and programmes listed on the platform to ensure students are only shown accurate and active options. This article explains how Cialfo manages university listings and what happens when a university is no longer available.
How Cialfo Manages University Listings for Direct Apply?
Universities and their programmes appear on Cialfo when they have an active partnership or integration with the platform. When a university ends its participation or is no longer available for applications through Cialfo, the engineering team removes or deactivates that university's listing to prevent students from seeing outdated information.
This process is ongoing and helps ensure that what students see on the platform reflects what is actually available to them.
What Students Should Expect ?
If a university you previously bookmarked or added to your list is no longer visible, it may have been removed from the platform because it is no longer a Cialfo Direct Apply partner.
If a university is no longer available on Cialfo, you can still add it as an “Other Portal” application if you plan to apply directly through the university’s website.
In cases where the university is not available under “Other Portal”, you can reach out via Chat with Cialfo to request that it be added to Cialfo’s database.
Spotted Outdated Information?
If you notice a university displaying outdated information, an image for a university that is no longer available, or any other listing discrepancy, please report it to the team via Chat with Cialfo with the university name and a description of what you're seeing. This helps Cialfo keep university information accurate for all students.
