Linking Your UCAS Account with Cialfo

If you have already applied to UK universities through the UCAS portal and want to track and manage your application on Cialfo, you need to link your UCAS account to Cialfo.

How does UCAS account linking work?

  1. Reach out to the Cialfo support team via Live Chat and inform them that you would like your UCAS account to be linked to your Cialfo. Ensure to provide the support agent with your UCAS email and password.

  2. Once the request is raised, the support team will handle the account linking process.

  3. After the accounts are successfully linked, your UCAS application data will begin syncing automatically with Cialfo. Since the system runs sync cycles on a daily basis there may be a short delay before the information appears.

  4. Once the sync is complete, your application status will be visible within Cialfo. Both you and your counsellor can then track progress, review updates, and stay informed directly from the platform.

Do I need to apply again on Cialfo if I already applied on UCAS?

No. If you have already submitted your application directly on UCAS, you do not need to start a new application on Cialfo. Instead, your existing UCAS account will be linked to Cialfo so your counsellor can track your progress on the platform.

Can I still apply after the UCAS deadline?

If you have missed the main UCAS deadline, you may still have options depending on your application status:

  • UCAS Extra β€” Available if you have used all 5 choices and received no offers. Allows you to add one university at a time.

  • UCAS Clearing β€” Opens in July; allows students without confirmed offers to apply to universities with remaining places.

Please feel free to contact Cialfo support to discuss your specific situation and confirm whether a late application is possible through Direct Apply
