As part of enhancing the university search journey for students, Cialfo continuously updates its database with the latest information on new universities, course lists, admission statistics, and more.
Due to the vast number of colleges and universities worldwide, there may be times when students are unable to find or add their university of interest to their school lists on Cialfo.
In such cases, the school counselor or the students can reach out to Chat with Cialfo and click on "Talk to an agent" and provide the following details.
University name - Official university name and not a common abbreviation
University website URL - The main institutional website
Campus or location - The city and country and if there are multiple campuses, specify which one the student is applying to
Programme or course - if the request is for a specific programme that is missing rather than the institution itself, include the programme name and level (undergraduate or postgraduate)
Once received, the Cialfo team will review the request and add the university to the database. This typically takes a few business days. You will be notified via the support chat once the university is available.
Note - While a university addition request is being processed, students can still track their application by adding a note in the Applications section of their profile or using the notes field. This ensures the application is not lost from your workflow while the listing is pending.
For universities that accept applications through Common App or other platforms already integrated with Cialfo, the university may still be accessible through those integration pathways even if it does not appear in the direct university search.
