How to Access and Use Insights and Reports in Cialfo:

Our Reports has been renamed "Insights".

Insights and reports in Cialfo provide valuable data on students, applications, and universities, which can help educators and administrators make informed decisions. This guide will walk you through how to access these insights and reports, as well as how to use filters to find specific data.

On your left hand side menu bar click on "More" and you will be able to view both "Insights" and "Quick Reports".

Welcome to Insights

This page will guide you through the available reports and how to use them. If you're already familiar with reporting, feel free to dive right in. Otherwise, read on for a quick overview.

Available Reports

Our data is organized into 10 key reports, you can also narrow down data using filters like "Graduation Year" or "Student Citizenship" at the top of each report section. Combine multiple filters for specific results, and reset them anytime to view the full dataset.

  • Applications: Track application statuses and where students are applying and attending, including historical data.

  • cDocs Documents: Monitor the status of cDocs documents linked to your applications.

  • College Visit Attendees: Review participation in college visits hosted by your school.

  • Common App Sending: See which Common Applications have been submitted or are still pending.

  • Matriculations: Discover where students are attending, both in the current and past application cycles.

  • School Profiles & Board Reports: Access data for building board reports and tracking where students are attending.

  • Student Transcript Requests: Check the status of transcript requests, including outstanding requests and due dates by counselor.

  • Students: Get a detailed breakdown of students by citizenship, ethnicity, gender, outcomes, grades, and test scores.

  • Universities - Accepted Student Profiles: View accepted student profiles by university and graduation year to help advise students.

  • University Representatives: Easily access data on university representatives visiting your high school.

Quick Reports

Reports (Classic) has been renamed to Quick Reports.

You can customize the student range by graduation year, then run the report and download the Excel file directly.
