In order to use the Cialfo - Common App Integration, as well as our Parchment integration, all schools require a CEEB (College Entrance Examination Board) code. If you're unfamiliar with what CEEB codes are, this article is for you!

What is a CEEB Code?

The CEEB code is a unique identification number assigned to high schools and colleges by the College Board. The CEEB code is what allows a school to be recognized or "tagged" to a specific identification number, which will then allow the school to submit forms and documents on behalf of the student for the Common Application and allow documents to be sent through Parchment.

How to find your CEEB Code? How to apply for one?

If your school has a CEEB code, find it by searching here: https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/k-12-school-code-search.

If you do not have one, you need to request a CEEB code by contacting ETS Code Control at +1-609-771-7091 or emailing them at [email protected] for assistance.

You can download the required application form here.

Note: On the application form, you will find an option to "administer assessments." Select this option only if you plan to administer SAT examinations at your school. If your school does not intend to do so, select "become a score recipient" to receive student results from the school.
