This help article aims to show counselors how they can manage their transcript requests from their students. These transcript requests are requests from students for counselors to send their transcripts outside of Cialfo, typically for Scholarships, Internships, Summer Programs, etc. This can also be for requests for applications that accept Parchment or Common App within Cialfo.
Disclaimer: This feature can only be turned on through your cDocs Configuration, only Counselor Admins can turn this on for your school.

Getting There
Select cDocs from the left-hand menu
Under Documents tab > Select Transcript Request
Either search for the student name in the search bar found at the top left corner, or scroll through the list
You can select the Graduation year/Class year of the student from the dropdown
Sending & Updating the Transcript request
Once you've received the request, you can see when the deadline is. Once you've sent it out, whether it's through cDocs or outside of Cialfo, you can update the student by clicking "Send". Once that's done, your student will receive a timestamp of when the transcript was sent to the needed institution.
Sorting the Transcript Requests
You also have the option to sort the transcript requests to get the desired results even faster. Once you are on the Transcripts Page, all you have to do is click on one of the column headings to sort the results.
Weekly Transcript Request Digest: Notification Recipient Clarification
The Weekly Transcript Request Digest is an automated email summary of outstanding transcript requests sent to selected school staff members.
The digest is not automatically sent to all counselors. It is only sent to the staff members configured to receive transcript-related notifications in your school’s notification settings.
How to Review or Update Recipients
To check or update who receives the digest:
Go to:
Admin Settings → Notifications
or cDocs Configuration → Notifications (depending on your platform version)
Locate the:
Transcript Request
or Weekly Digest notification setting
Add or remove the staff members who should receive the weekly summary.
If you are unsure which notification setting controls the digest, or if the correct staff members are not receiving it, contact Cialfo Support via Chat with Cialfo for assistance.
