How to upload additional documents requested by University?

If you receive an email from a University requesting additional documents to be uploaded, simply follow the following steps:

Step 1: After logging in to your Cialfo account, on the left-hand side menu, click on Schools > Direct Apply.

On this page, scroll down until you see the Submitted table.

Step 2: Click on the up arrow button located underneath the actions column corresponding to the relevant university name. A finder window/local file explorer will appear.

Step 3: Select the file you wish to upload and click on Open and the file will be successfully uploaded.
