What happens when you mistakenly upload the wrong document or assigned it incorrectly? No matter the mistake, cDocs makes it easy to update and correct.
Note: Once documents have been sent to a university, they cannot be deleted anymore.

Documents and Forms can be updated or deleted from the student's Documents page. Counselors may use the delete (trashcan) icon to remove a document.
Uploaded documents can be reassigned to the correct counselor/teacher by clicking on the counselor/teacher's name, and then selecting or searching for the right one from the dropdown list.
Also, Common App forms can be updated by clicking on the Edit (pen icon) beside the form.
Deleting Unsent Excluded Documents (PG - Others)
Counselors can also delete unsent documents categorized as PG - Others from the student’s cDocs section.
To delete an unsent excluded document:
Navigate to the student’s cDocs section.
Locate the document under the relevant submission category.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) beside the document.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up dialog.
The document will then be removed from the student’s cDocs section.
Important: Documents that have already been sent or submitted to a university cannot be deleted.
