Forgot your password? Unable to log-in? Fret Not!
Here's a step by step guide along with a video on how to do that on Cialfo:
Step 1: Go to your school's log-in page
You have 2 options:
Option 1: Go to http://app.cialfo.co/ and select your school.
Option 2: Use your school's specific Cialfo URL. An example is: https://www.yourschoolname.cialfo.co/signin. If you are unsure, check the welcome email that was sent to you to register your account with us. Alternatively, check with your counselor for the link or you can also Chat with Cialfo to get the link.
Tip: Bookmark your school's Cialfo log-in page!
Step 2: Click the Forgot Password link
Step 3: Enter your school email address
Enter the email address that you are registered on Cialfo with. If you are unsure which email address you should be keying in, please clarify with your counselor.
If the email address you've entered is correct, you will receive an email in your inbox with a unique link to reset your password.
Step 4: Check your inbox for the reset password email
Lastly, follow the instructions in the email and you'll be done! :)
