Forgot your password? Unable to log-in? Fret Not!
Here's a step by step guide along with a video on how to do that on Cialfo:
Step 1: Go to your school's log-in page
You have 2 options:
Option 1: Go to http://app.cialfo.co/ and select your school.
Option 2: Use your school's specific Cialfo URL.
An example is: https://www.yourschoolname.cialfo.co/signin. If you are unsure, check the welcome email that was sent to you to register your account with us. Alternatively, check with your counselor for the link or you can also Chat with Cialfo to get the link.
Tip: Bookmark your school's Cialfo log-in page!
Step 2: Click the Forgot Password link
Step 3: Enter your school email address
Enter the email address that you are registered on Cialfo with. If you are unsure which email address you should be keying in, please clarify with your counselor.
If the email address you've entered is correct, you will receive an email in your inbox with a unique link to reset your password.
Step 4: Check your inbox for the reset password email
Lastly, follow the instructions in the email and you'll be done! :)
Troubleshooting steps - Student Cannot Reset Password
If a student is unable to log in and does not receive the password reset email follow these steps:
Ask the student to check their spam or junk folder for the reset email.
Confirm that the email address being used for the reset matches the one registered with Cialfo. Students sometimes use a personal email for their Cialfo account but try resetting via their school email, or vice versa.
The student can reach out to their school counselor requesting them to send a password reset email.
If password reset is still not working after confirming the email address, reach out to Cialfo Support via Chat with Cialfo with the student's name, their registered email address and the school name. The team can manually trigger a reset or investigate the issue.
