How to Report a Bug on Cialfo

Show our engineering team what's not working with a short screen recording, and check the status of bugs you've reported.

Written by MOHIT MMANGAL

When something on Cialfo isn't working, 'Report a bug' lets you send the problem directly to Cialfo's engineering team, the people who fix it.

Instead of just describing the issue in a message, you can also record your screen and show us the problem exactly as you're experiencing it.

Talk us through the problem while you record. If you record without sound, describe the issue in writing before you send your report.

This gives our engineers the information they need to understand and identify the issue. This means a faster turnaround on getting the issue fixed.

You can also keep track of every bug you've reported and check its status at any time.

Is it a Bug or a Question?

A Bug is when Cialfo does something it shouldn't, or doesn't do something it should.

A Question is when Cialfo works, but you're not sure how to use it.

Use Report a Bug, when?

  • A page doesn't load or shows an error

  • Clicking Save, Send or Upload does nothing

  • A document won't upload to cDocs

  • A student's details or application status look wrong

  • Something that worked yesterday has stopped working

Contact our Technical Support team, when?

  • You want to know how to do something, for example: How do I add a student? or How do I send a broadcast to a group?

  • You can't find a setting

  • You want to know whether Cialfo can do something it doesn't do today

  • You need help with your account or access
