Step 1: Find your welcome email!
To get started with the setup, you can find your welcome email titled 'Get started with Cialfo!' from [email protected].
After clicking on "Setup account and Complete profile", you will be brought to the school login page to create a new password for your account.
Upon entering the new password, click on "Set New Password" to confirm. You may use this password to log in subsequently, or change password on My Settings page.
Note: Guardians will not be able to log in with their phone numbers yet, they can only log in using email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to your Profile page
To begin, select the profile icon or the chevron in the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: Fill in your Personal Information
On your Profile page, you can do the following:
Add a profile picture (Only visible to you)
Update your First and Last Name
Change your account email and where you receive notifications
Edit your contact number
Remember to click to 'Save changes', and you're all set!
