Where to manage SIS integrations?
On the top right-hand corner, click on your Profile Picture and a drop-down menu should appear. Under Account, select Bulk Upload.
Proceed to Manage Integration > View & Update your settings.

What’s New - Improved Handling for Stalled SIS Bulk Upload Syncs
Some counselors reported that the SIS bulk upload page remained stuck on “Syncing in progress” for extended periods, preventing additional uploads from being completed.
A background scheduler has now been introduced to automatically detect and unblock stalled SIS upload jobs, improving upload reliability and reducing cases where syncs remain stuck indefinitely.
If the bulk upload page shows “Syncing in progress” for more than 30 minutes, contact Cialfo Support so the team can manually unblock the job if needed. During uploads, avoid closing the browser or navigating away from the page, as large syncs may take additional time to complete.
