This help article aims to guide students on how they can accept offers from DA UK universities on Cialfo, we will go step by step and if you have any questions, feel free to send us a message on Chat with Cialfo.
Note: The Students will receive an email notification from Cialfo when they receive an offer from a university.
Step #1: Log into your account and navigate to the Applications page.
Click on the chevron on the right for the university that you have received the offer.
Step #2: View Details of Your Offer
You will be able to get a detailed view of the university decision and the notes about the conditions for acceptance by clicking on the (i) button adjacent to the university decision field. Next, click on Documents Received to see the details of your offer.
Step #3: Click on Respond to Offer
After checking the conditions related to the offer click on Respond to offer on the top right under UK DA applications.
Step #4: Selecting your firm and Insurance choice.
Click on Select as firm choice next to each university that has released the offers and accept the same.
Note : If your offer is conditional, after choosing your firm the button will change to selecting your insurance choice. You can skip this step at the bottom right.
Step #5: Confirm your choices
To confirm your offers you will have to tick the checkbox agreeing to the conditions that you will not be able to change your choices at a later stage. Any changes made later in case of certain scenarios will have to pass through a Cialfo representative.
Step #6: Intimation of the offer to the University by Cialfo
Once the offer is accepted, Cialfo will update the university on your choices within 1 day (24 hours). Once the offer is updated the status will change from Pending Cialfo Choice Submission to Pending University Confirmation
Step #7: Upload CAS statement
Once you receive the CAS statement form the university you will have to upload it under CAS statement field.
