What could be the issue when a different recommender name is showing on my student's Common App account? For instance, Christine Henderson is showing as Morgon Williams on the student's CA Recommender section.

The recommendation is processed and sent directly to the university. The name mismatch does not prevent sending. But the name change has something to do with the Common App database. Rest assured that the recommendation has been delivered. The student or counselor is able to contact Common App and highlight the name mismatch.
