Set up your Notifications Preference as a Counselor

Counselor has the option to choose which notifications they want to receive from the platform such as Tasks, Meetings and Inbox Messages etc. To do that, counselor can go "My Settings" located at the top right corner:

Scroll down to "Notifications", toggle on the notifications you would like to receive and once you're done, remember to click on the 'Save Notification Preference' button once you're done.


If you are a counselor and not receiving meeting request notifications

This may occur due to notification settings, email filtering, or temporary delivery issues.

What you can do:

  • Go to My Settings β†’ Notifications and ensure meeting notifications are turned on.

  • Check your spam or junk folder, as emails may be filtered by your email provider.

  • Ask your school IT administrator to allow (whitelist) Cialfo emails.

  • If the issue persists after confirming the above, contact Our Cialfo Support team with the affected counselor's email address and a sample student name so the team can investigate the SendGrid delivery log.
