We are very excited to announce that we are rebranding the student Dashboard as your new Home page. With a fresh look and feel, simply find the Home page on the left-hand menu.

The global search bar at the top of your dashboard allows you to effortlessly search for universities, events hosted by the universities on your lists, and courses offered by various institutions you are interested in, streamlining your search process.

The "Profile" option on the Home page allows you to input essential details such as personal information, application specifics, university preferences, test scores, contact information, and extracurricular activities, while also displaying your assigned counselor; the more comprehensive your profile, the stronger your application and higher likelihood of university acceptance.

The student profile will also show the number of applications added to the student's various lists and the universities applied to.

Click on You Have A Gift From Cialfo and you will be directed to our Cialfo Guides page. Click on I'm Interested to avail complimentary consultation with Cialfo Guides as part of your school’s agreement with Cialfo.

The "University Roadmap" assists in achieving your university goals easily by filling in some important information about your university preferences, personal information and adding applications to your lists. This will also help you research destinations, careers and courses.

What if you have yet to begin your university application and you're not sure where to start? Or if you have begun your search but would like to see what are the other possibilities the world has to offer? Look no further!

Under the Personalized Recommendations section, take a peek at the different universities in regions that you are interested in applying to and explore the endless options available. These recommendations for universities are based on information that you have included on the platform to provide you with better options for a good fit. You may now edit your preference fit by clicking on the Edit icon in the top right corner of this section.

To discover careers that match your academic fit and preferences, you may look through the Suggested Careers for You section. From here, you could gain in-depth knowledge about the different careers that match your profile and find universities that offer courses for that career.

Careers are suggested to students based on Academic Fit and Saved careers. If there is no data available for a student, careers are shown based on the top saved careers for the country/region

Clicking on the “View All” link in the suggested careers section will bring you to a summary view.

In the summary view, you can choose from a number of filters:

The discovery center is curated based on the preferences and interests indicated by the students in their preference fit (e.g. country and location where the student is interested in studying; courses/majors they are interested in). There are three types of content hosted in the Discovery Center:

Previously, the "Update now" or edit entry points on student profile sections (Profile, Academics, and related areas) were scattered across the page in subtle locations, making them easy to miss. This led to confusion about how to edit each section.

Each editable section now has a single, clearly visible "Update now" button positioned in the top-right corner of that section. This is the primary entry point for editing that section. The change applies consistently across Profile, Academics, and all related editable sections, making it immediately obvious how to update any piece of information.

The Work Type field, used when recording work experience on a student's profile, had inconsistent or non-standardised values in some cases. The field values have been standardised to ensure consistency across all student records and to support cleaner data exports and reporting.

If you previously entered work experience with a custom or non-standard Work Type value, those records are preserved and are not affected by this change. New entries will be guided by the standardised dropdown options going forward.

An issue where the result count on the content listing page did not match the number of displayed items. In some cases, the page continued showing a loading spinner indefinitely even after all visible content had loaded.

This issue was caused by a mismatch between the API result count and the rendered content list. The displayed count and loading behaviour now work correctly and consistently.
