Where do I navigate to find Upload (Tests)?
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page to open the drop-down menu. Under the Account section, select Bulk Upload.
Upon landing on the Upload & Integrate page, select Import test scores.
Step 1 - Uploading your data file (.csv, .xls, or .xlsx only)
a. Click the upload box, then browse and select the file you want to upload. OR
b. Drag the file that you want to upload from its folder and drop it into the upload box.
Step 2 - Configuring the settings of your upload
Select the SAT option
Make sure to determine the date format used in your file so that the uploader reads the data accurately.
Our system accepts the following date formats:
Day-Month-Year (DD-MM-YYYY)
Month-Day-Year (MM-DD-YYYY)
Year-Month-Day (YYYY-MM-DD)
Month/Day/Year (MM/DD/YY)
Day Month Year (DD MMM YYYY)
Step 3 - Matching data columns to Cialfo fields
Upon landing on the Mapping page, map each File Column to the corresponding Cialfo data field using the table below. Click the blue field to select an option, then use Ctrl + F (Windows) or Cmd + F (Mac) on your keyboard to quickly search for the field you need.
Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). For optional fields, you can select Ignore this column if you do not want to import data for that field.
Step 4 - Preview & Confirm
Reviewing errors found
After processing your data, the import wizard will identify any rows in your file that contain errors and specify what those errors are. You can then use this information to make the necessary corrections before uploading the file again.
Confirming test scores to be imported
On the New tab, you can review the data that will be imported and confirm the test scores and test dates before proceeding with the upload.
Turning on the "Update" function (Optional)
Upload 2.0 can automatically detect whether test scores already exist in Cialfo based on the test dates provided. If matching test dates are found, you can choose whether to update the existing test scores with the new data.
Note: Enabling the Update data for existing entries toggle will overwrite the existing test score data for the matching test date.
Step 5 - Confirming your upload
Finally, click Finish Import to complete the upload. Once the upload is complete, its status will turn green.
If you need to review it later, click the Upload & Integration History button to view the upload details on the Upload Log page.
