You may hear us occasionally mention parents and guardians interchangeably. In case you haven't noticed, Cialfo is working to move to consistently use the term guardians, not just parents. We know that students have many backgrounds and support systems. In our platform, 'guardians' refers to those whom each school adds as a contact for students. This could include parents, aunts, uncles, or even CBO's.
