Uni Invite is a new feature that allows students to receive exclusive, personalized invitations from universities. These invitations may include scholarship opportunities, making the application journey more rewarding.

By completing the Uni Invite form, students can showcase their profile and preferences, enabling universities to reach out directly with tailored opportunities.

How Uni Invite Works

1. Introduction to Uni Invite

  • Students will see an introduction card about Uni Invite on their home screen.

  • They can select:

    • “I’m Interested” to proceed.

    • “I’m Not Interested” to dismiss the feature.

2. Completing the Uni Invite Form

To receive invitations, students must complete the Uni Invite Form, which collects information universities use to send relevant invites.

The form includes:

  • Personal Information

  • Nationality Details

  • Destination Preferences

  • Academic Preferences

  • Financial Preferences

  • Lifestyle Preferences

  • More About You

  • Education

  • Terms & Conditions

Note: The Education section is similar to filling out a Discovery Account (DA) form. Students may need to provide details such as their school name, graduation date, curriculum, and grades (e.g., IBDP predicted score range of 24–45).

3. Incomplete Form Banner

  • If a student starts but does not complete the form, a reminder banner will appear on their homepage.

  • Clicking “Complete Form” from the banner takes them back to where they left off.

4. Receiving University Invitations

Once the form is submitted, students will begin to receive personalized invitations from universities.

  • Invitations can be accessed under Applications > Uni Invite tab.

  • Pending invitations will remain visible until students take action.

5. Viewing Invitation Details

Clicking on an invitation allows students to see:

  • Invitation Deadline

  • Personalized Message from the university

  • Specific Conditions (e.g., scholarship eligibility requirements)

  • Contact Person’s Name & Email

  • Date the invitation was sent

  • Scholarship Amount (if offered)

  • Course Name

📌 Example:
A pending invitation from the University of Bath (UK) shows:

  • Invite Sent: 4 Sep 2025

  • Invite Deadline: 11 Sep 2025

  • Scholarship: GBP 2,000

  • Conditions: “There are a lot of conditions for the scholarship.”

  • Contact Email: [email protected]

  • Actions: Decline or Accept Invitation

6. Accepted Invitations

Once a student accepts an invitation:

  • The invitation moves from Pending to Accepted.

  • Accepted invitations show up clearly under the Accepted section.

  • The student is prompted to Add an Application, which opens an application popup.

📌 Example:
An accepted invitation from the University of Sydney (Australia) shows:

  • Invite Accepted: 26 Aug 2025

  • Scholarship: USD 60,000

  • Conditions: “Simple conditions”

  • Option: Add Application
