6. What happens if I get an invitation I’m not interested in?

Not currently — you can receive and accept as many invitations as come your way, giving you the freedom to explore every opportunity that interests you.

13. How long do I have to accept an invitation?

Each invitation has a one-week deadline. You’ll need to respond before it expires.

14. Do I need to apply to universities that invite me?

Not immediately. Once you accept an invitation, Cialfo will guide you through the next steps, which typically involve submitting documents and completing an application.

15. Do I need to complete my Uni Invite Form to be eligible?

Yes, you need to complete your Uni Invite Form to be visible to the universities.

16. Can I edit my Uni Invite Form after submitting it?

Absolutely. You can go back and edit your form anytime. Your changes will auto-save as you work, so you won’t lose progress if you leave and return later.

17. Do my edits automatically update for universities?

No, Auto-saving only stores your changes in your account. To make your updated details visible to universities, you need to press “Submit” again after editing.

18. Why do I need to press “Submit” again?

This ensures universities only see your most recent version when you’re ready to share it. You have complete control over when updates go live.
