What is new? – Saige Chat, Kickstart Filters & Personal Details UX Improvements
In January 2026, several UX improvements were introduced across Saige Chat, Kickstart Filters and the Personal Details section.
The Saige bubble and tick/confirm button now respond more reliably during user interactions, ensuring smoother and more predictable behaviour. Kickstart filters have been improved to retain selections correctly and apply them accurately, creating a better experience while setting up initial university recommendations.
Additionally, the Place of Birth field in Personal Details has been updated from a free-text input to a searchable dropdown, helping standardise entries, improve data accuracy and reduce spelling variations or inconsistent manual inputs.
