Availability of the Kickstart Bundle depends on your school's Cialfo subscription and any active promotional campaigns. The school counselor or school admin can confirm whether the bundle is available to you.
How to Access the Kickstart Bundle?
If the Kickstart Bundle is available to your school, eligible students will see a promotional strip or tooltip on the Cialfo platform highlighting the bundle. To access it:
Log in to your Cialfo student account.
Look for the Kickstart Bundle on your Universities page.
Click on the Kickstart Bundle and select the filters and the desired results will be displayed.
If you do not see the Kickstart Bundle strip and believe you should have access, contact your counsellor or reach out via Chat with Cialfo.
Understanding the Kickstart Benefit Tooltip
When hovering over or interacting with Kickstart Bundle benefits on the platform, a tooltip appears explaining what each benefit includes. This tooltip is designed to give students quick, clear information about a specific benefit without needing to leave the page.
The tooltip will list what the benefit covers, any eligibility conditions, and how to activate it. If the tooltip appears blank or shows incorrect information, please contact Chat with Cialfo.
Kickstart Bundle Promotional Updates
A new promotional strip was introduced across relevant pages to highlight the Kickstart Bundle and help eligible students discover and activate the offer at key points in their application journey.
Additionally, the Kickstart Benefit Tooltip was updated with improved copy and corrected interaction behaviour, ensuring clearer and more accurate information about each benefit.

Kickstart Bundle Filter Fixes
Three improvements were made to the Kickstart Bundle filters and promotional features :
Auto-apply on login: The Kickstart Bundle filter now automatically applies when eligible students log in, ensuring they immediately see the curated university list without needing to manually activate the filter.
Asset banner redirect: The promotional banner displayed on the Kickstart Bundle page now correctly redirects students to the intended destination when clicked. Previously, the banner link was broken or led to an incorrect page.
Tooltip fix: The Kickstart Benefit Tooltip now displays correctly on all supported browsers. A rendering issue that caused the tooltip to appear blank or misaligned has been resolved.
