How It Works for Counselors
Step 1: Request a Workshop
From your counselor dashboard, click “Request Workshop” in the banner or via:
More (☰ icon) → Events & Workshops → Request Workshop
Fill in the form with:
Type (Virtual or In-Person)
Preferred date & time
Duration (15 to 120 mins)
Grades (9–12)
Note: Virtual workshops must be requested 4 weeks in advance; in-person, 6 weeks.
Step 2: View & Manage Your Workshops
Go to the Workshops Page, which includes:
Your Workshops (upcoming sessions)
Previous Workshops (past sessions)
Recommended Workshops (curated ideas for your school)
Step 3: Make Changes
To cancel: Use the cancel button if it's more than 24 hours before the session.
To edit or cancel within 24 hours: Email the team directly.
What Do Students See?
Students can view and register for confirmed workshops through their Events & Workshops section. Once registered, the session will appear under Your Workshops.
