Importing Users has never been easier with the latest version of uploaders!
Where do I navigate to find Upload (Users)?
On the top right-hand corner, click on your Profile Picture and a drop-down menu should appear. Under Account, select Bulk Upload.
Upon landing on the Bulk Upload page, under Users select Import Users.
At this point, you should have your data file prepared. If you don't have one and are looking for a template that can be easily filled in, you may download them here -

a. Click the upload box, then browse and select the file you want to upload OR
b. Drag the file that you want to upload from its folder and drop it into the upload box
Step 2 - Configuring the settings of your upload
Select Guardian(/Parent) accounts

Step 3 - Matching data columns to Cialfo fields
First, determine which row in your file contains the column headers. Next, review the available data fields on Cialfo and match them with the corresponding columns in your file. Then, click Next Step. For convenience, your matching method will be saved and automatically applied to future uploads. 😊
Note: All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). For optional fields, there is an option to Ignore this column and no data will be imported under that data field.
Step 4 - Preview & Confirm
Invalid Records
After processing your data, the Errors section will indicate which row contains errors and provide specific details about them. With this information, you can make the necessary corrections.
In the New section, you can review all newly added entries.
In the Existing & Update section, Cialfo will check whether user accounts already exist by matching email addresses. If a match is found, you will have the option to update the data for existing accounts.
Note: Turning on update will override/replace any existing data
If you wish you can cancel the upload by clicking on Cancel Import and then you can Import the data again after correcting it or you can Finish the Import and then download the error file by clicking on Download icon.
Step 5 - Confirming your upload
