To get started with the setup, you can find your welcome email titled 'Get started with Cialfo!' from [email protected].

After clicking on "Setup Account and Complete Profile", you will be brought to the school login page to create a new password for your account.

Upon entering the new password, click on "Set New Password" to confirm. You may use this password to log in subsequently.

Note: Guardians are currently unable to log in using their phone numbers; they can only access their accounts with their email and password. Additionally, guardians can log in through the desktop platform only, as the Cialfo mobile app is exclusively for students

You may change the password on the My Settings page, which can be accessed from the profile icon on the top right corner.
