The DA UK Applications report helps you understand the progress of your High School's DA UK Applications.
This report has 3 sections.
Section 1: Applicants Funnel
The Applicants Funnel shows how many UK Applicants you have at each stage in the UK Applicant Journey
UK Applicants Added in Cialfo: The number of students who have added at least 1 UK Application to Direct Apply
Student's Direct Apply Page
UK Applicants Added: The number of students whose applications have been added into the DA UK Portal
UK Applicants Submitted: The number of students whose applications have been added & submitted in the DA UK Portal
Section 2: DA UK Applications on Cialfo
DA UK Applications on Cialfo provides a detailed breakdown of DA UK Applications & their statuses on Cialfo. It contains three sub sections:
Universities Added,
Application Status, &
Form Questions & Answers
DA UK Applications on Cialfo: Universities Added
This shows which universities students have been adding in their Direct Apply page.
You can adjust the slider at the bottom of the table to show more or less Universities.
DA UK Applications on Cialfo: Application Status
This section provides an overview of all DA UK Applications added to a Student's DA page. There are 4 sub sections:
Total Applications Created
Total Applications with Cialfo Apps Completed
Total Applications Submitted
Unis & Programs Added
Total Applications Created
This show all DA UK applications added in the student's Direct Apply Page.
Student's Direct Apply Page
Total Applications with Cialfo Apps Completed
This shows all DA UK applications Completed on Cialfo.
Total Applications Submitted to Cialfo
This shows all DA UK Applications that have been completed and submitted to Cialfo.
Universities & Programs Added
Information included in this table
Student: Student's first & last name
University: University added.
Program: The program the student is applying to at a given university.
Cialfo App Complete: Whether or not the student has answered all required questions in the Cialfo Application.

App Submitted to Cialfo: Whether an application has been completed and submitted to Cialfo.
Submitting an Application
Date Submitted to Cialfo: The date the Student Submitted the DA UK Application to Cialfo
App Result on Cialfo: The Application Result as listed by Cialfo.
App Status on Cialfo: The Application Status as listed by Cialfo.

This table lists the answers that students have given in their Cialfo Application Forms
Note: this table only shows Questions & Answers for answered questions. It does not display unanswered questions.

Section 3: UK Applicants Data
UK Applications Data gives a detailed overview of the DA UK Applicant status as stated on the DA UK portal. This section has three sub sections:
Total UK Applicants,
Total UK Applicants with Completed Applicants,
UK Applicant Data.
Total UK Applications
This shows the total number of students from your high school present on the DA UK portal.
Total UK Applicants with Completed Applicants
This gives the total number of students from your high school with completed applications on DA UK portal.
UK Applicant Data
This gives a detailed view of the status of UK Applicants from your High School stored on the DA UK portal.
UK Direct Apply Behaviour When Configuration is Turned Off
Previously, when a school turned off the UK Direct Apply (UK-DA) configuration, all UK DA applications — including those already submitted or in progress — were hidden from students.
With the new update, when the UK-DA configuration is turned off, students can no longer add new UK Direct Apply applications. However, any existing applications will remain visible across the platform, including the Applications page, Submissions view, Bookmark page, and cDocs.
Students can also continue to take actions on their existing applications, such as updating their application status, even when the configuration is turned off.
