Functionalities
Connect Zoom account
Login to your account
Go to "My Settings" by clicking on the user icon from the top-right menu.
Go to the "Zoom Setup" tab
Click on "Connect Zoom Account" and you will be redirected to Zoom Sign In screen
Login to your Zoom account
Authorise the "Explore Meeting" app
Get redirected back "My Settings" screen upon successful linking
You will see "Your Zoom account (your email) is linked" with the "Disconnect" button.
Disconnect Zoom account
Login to your account
Go to "My Settings" by clicking on the user icon from the top-right menu.
Go to the "Zoom Setup" tab
Click on the "Disconnect" button
You will see a prompt with instructions to disconnect your Zoom account
Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Explore Meetings app.
Click the Explore Meetings app.
Click Uninstall.
Get redirected back to the "My Settings" screen upon successful unlinking
Request Virtual Visit
Scenario 1: Zoom account is linked
Login to your account
Go to the Schools tab to see a list of schools with slots available
Click on the "Book Visit" button for the school you would like to book
Pick a date from the available date
Select an available time slot
The user is redirected to Book Visit Page.
Under Meeting Detail Section, Meeting link & Meeting instruction will be auto-populated based on selected time with "Join Zoom Meeting" & "Delete" icon
Clicking the "Delete" icon will clear the Meeting link and Meeting Instruction, the existing meeting will be canceled and button will be changed to "Add Zoom Meeting"
Clicking "Add Zoom Meeting" will create a new meeting and the Meeting link & Meeting instruction will be auto-populated again.
Click on "Book Visit", Toast Notification appears that "You have Booked a Visit..."
Scenario 2: Zoom account is NOT linked
Login to your account
Go to the Schools tab
Click on the "Book Visit" button for the school you would like to book
Pick a date from the available date
Select an available time slot
User is redirected to the Book Visit page.
Under the Meeting Detail section, the Meeting link & Meeting instruction wIll be empty with the "Add Zoom Meeting" button.
Click on "Add Zoom Meeting" will redirect to Zoom Sign-in screen in the new tab
Login to your Zoom account
Authorize the "Explore Meeting" app
Get redirected back to the "My Settings" screen upon successful linking
You will see "Your Zoom account (your email) is linked" with the "Disconnect" button
Go back to the previous tab, a new meeting will be created and the Meeting link and meeting instruction should be auto-populated
Add Zoom Meeting will be changed to the Join Meeting button and Delete icon.
Click on the "Book Visit" button, toast notification appears that "You have Booked a Visit..."
Reschedule Virtual Visit
Login to your account
Click on the "School Visits" tab
Click on any confirmed / pending virtual visit
The virtual Visit screen appears on the right side.
Click on Reschedule button
Pick a date from the available date
Select an available time slot
A toast notification appears that "Meeting link is updated according to new time slot"
Under the Meeting Detail section, New meeting will be created. Link and Instructions will be updated
Click on the "Reschedule" button, a toast notification appears that "Success, you have Rescheduled a Visit..."
