Troubleshooting when Assessments are not loading

If you are not redirected to the assessments page after clicking on "Open", or you receive an error mentioning that you do not have the valid credentials, please try opening the assessment in another browser. For example, if you are currently using Google chrome try using Safari or Internet Explorer and vice versa. Sometimes there are plug-ins on your browser that stop the assessment from opening.


Opening Assessments on Safari


If you are using the Safari browser on a Mac/iPad, you will have to disable the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" settings.

  1. Open Settings

  2. Select Safari > Privacy & Security and disable "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" here.

  3. Close the Safari browser and launch it again.

Once you're done with your assessments, we would highly recommend reverting your browser settings.

NOTE: Assessments are not compatible with the Cialfo mobile app, so please use the desktop version.
If you are unable to find assessments, it is possible that your counselor has not assigned them to you. In that case, please reach out to your counselor directly.
