Setup what permissions you would like your students to have on Cialfo. You can control what information they can view or edit. Click on the chevron on the top right, go to Configuration.
Students Connectivity
Here you can control their viewing and editing access to the different sections of their profile. You can turn on/off the permissions and it would be applied to all your students. Do remember to click Save to apply the changes.
School List Permissions
School list permissions allow counselors to control whether students and guardians can add or remove colleges from their longlist, shortlist, and application list on Cialfo.

If you are a counselor and a student can still see the Education section after it has been turned off
This may happen due to a temporary delay in reflecting updated permission settings.
You can ask the student to log out and log back in to refresh their session. If the section is still visible after this, please contact Cialfo Support for further assistance.
What’s New : Improved onboarding experience for students
Improvements have been made to the onboarding experience to provide clearer guidance and a smoother introduction to key sections of the platform. These updates are applied automatically for students who have not yet completed onboarding, and no action is required from counselors.
