If you receive an email from a University requesting additional documents to be uploaded, simply follow the following steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Cialfo account and click on the Schools tab from the left-hand side menu.
Step 2: Click on the Direct Apply tab from the same menu and scroll down to the submitted table.
Step 3: Click on the up arrow button located underneath the actions column corresponding to the relevant university name. A finder window / local file explorer will appear
Step 4: Select the file you wish to upload and click on Open and the file will be successfully uploaded.
