Can't Login? Troubleshooting Frozen Account

If you're having difficulty logging in and/or facing the "Frozen Account" error, here are some troubleshooting steps you may try.

1. Website address

Check the webpage link and ensure that is the right address link. If you're unsure, reach out to us through Chat with Cialfo with (i) the Name of your school and (ii) the Campus (if applicable).

2. Correct email address

Ensure that the email address you are logging in with is the email address that you have been registered with. Typically, your account would have been registered with a personalized school email address i.e. [email protected].

3. Clearing cache and cookies

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Chrome, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the browser.

  2. Hover over "More Tools" and select "Clear browsing data."

  3. In the pop-up window, choose the time range for which you want to clear data.

  4. Ensure that "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked.

  5. Click "Clear data" to confirm the action .

If you are still unable to log in, please reach out to us through the Chat with Cialfo feature with the following details:

(i) First and Last Name

(ii) Email

(iii) Name of School (and campus, if applicable)

(iv) Name of your counselor
