Adding a College to your College List
To add a College to your Longlist, Shortlist, or Applying List in Cialfo, select the Schools tab and search for the college that you want to add. Once you've found the college, click on the "Add to list" button and you can select which list you would like to add it to.
If you are unable to view either one or all of the options, it means that your school has disabled the option(s) for you to add colleges to the List(s) that is/are missing.
Once you've added the school into a list, you will be able to find them My Lists.
If you are unable to search for the college, it may be that the Application Region for that college has not been added yet. Please check that the Application Region for the college you're searching for has been added under your Profile. This article will guide you through the steps on how to add an Application Region.
Updating College Application Results / Decisions
Once you have added the college into your Applying List, click on cDocs and select the Applications tab and you will be able to see the list of colleges that you and/or counselor have added. Once you have found the college that you want to update, you will be able to enter the different details of your application.

Note: If you cannot find the college you want to update, it means it has not been added into your Applying List yet. The college must be in your Applying List before you are able to update the college with your application result.
