Step 1:
Click on your Profile picture in the top right corner and select "My settings"
Step 2:
Scroll down to Notification Settings and click on the checkbox as per your preferences. You can choose to receive notifications for Recommendations on a daily (Mon-Fri) or weekly (on every Monday) basis.
Step 3 : Click "SAVE"

Why am I not receiving the weekly recommendation notification emails ?
The weekly recommendation notification emails might not be received by the teachers even when their notification settings are correctly configured to receive them on a weekly (every Monday) basis.
How to Troubleshoot?
Log in to Cialfo and click on your Profile picture in the top right corner.
Select My Settings and scroll down to Notification Settings.
Confirm that your preferred notification frequency is selected "Daily (Mon–Fri) or Weekly (every Monday)".
Click Save to ensure your preferences are saved correctly.
Check your spam or junk folder, notification emails can occasionally be filtered there.
