💡 Reports just got a new version upgrade on Jan 5, 2024

You are reading this section on how to use the latest version, titled 'Reports', imbued with faster loading speeds and more intuitive interfaces.

Reports

Newly launched Jan 5, 2024

At first glance, you'll land on the Introduction page. If you are using Reports for the first time, take some time to read through and get an explanation of the various functionalities Reports has to offer.

List of Reports available

There are a total of 15 reports that you could choose from, providing you with a diversity of data insights and analytics.

Using Filters

Should you need to segment any data further, many filters are available from the very top for you to select and tweak according to your reporting needs.

Too many filter options? We've included a search bar so you can type ahead to search for what you need!

Downloading Reports

For each table of data you would like to download, simply hover your cursor over the top right corner and click on the icon with the three dots. Selecting Download Results will give you two file options to choose from: .CSV or .XSLX


There will be no change to Reports (Classic) amidst the ongoing improvements. Reports (Classic) will remain available for use.

Reports (Classic)

In the earliest version of reports, you can customize the range of students according to their graduation years then simply run and download the Excel file directly.
