Cialfo is a student-centered platform, let's look at how you can get them started!
After your students' accounts are created, there are two methods to send registration emails for them to allow access to Cialfo.
1. Use the bulk action function.
Registration emails will only be sent to selected students. Apply a filter if you need to send it only to a select group of students. eg. A specific grade or graduation year.
Under the Bulk Actions drop-down menu, click on "Send Registration Email" and press "Apply."
ProTip: you can accomplish other tasks from the bulk action function as well. Take a look!
2. Send the registration email to one student
Click on the little 'i' beside a student's name.
A sidebar will appear. Scroll all the way down and click on 'Send Registration Email'. It will trigger the email which will be sent to your student's email.
This is an example of the registration email your students will see when you press send:
What happens if a student mentions that they haven't received the registration email?
You can copy the 'Reset Password' link and email it to them.
